HERO! What heroes means to me?
For me, heroes is someone who has change my entire life. The life I have been living for 20 years. As I know I has a lot of of HEROES. They are my Family, Kimora Lee.S,  Heston Bluementhal.
               
            The reason why I listed my family as my heroes because they always support me into everything I do. Especially during I fail to achieve good result for SPM and STPM. It really breaks my heart that I could not achieve my goal. I almost gave up on studying that time but my mum said it is fine and there will be another day and there is so many ways to achieve my dream. My mum knows when I cried even I hid it from her she knows. She knows when I lie to her that I don’t want to study anymore. Trust me she read mind. I have little brother  that shaped me into what I am right now. He is the reason why I learn more about Christianity. Why I accept God in my life is not all because of him but me too want to opened up myself into being a true Christian. Next is my sister  actually I have a sister that have the same aged with me we are born in the same year so everyday, everywhere we stick together like twins. We both has different characteristic she is much more tougher than me (mentality) so when someone bullied me she is the one that always helped me.
               
               Next is Kimora Lee.S. She is a model but then decided to make her owned fashion line. I admire how she can handle her life with her 3 kids and keeping up with her business as well. The way she managed her life inspired me a lot. Someday I want to be like her maybe not in fashion industry but in bakery world I will be known as the queen of bakery with heavenly touch. People all over the world will know my name and makes me their idol like  I make her as my HERO!. ^^, <3!
               
              Then Heston Bluementhal. Clearly that he is the reason why I wanted to become chef. He inspired me with his creativity how he create his signature dish. He never gave up even once when he started  operating with his dish. Heston always create illusion through his dish some called him magician because mission impossible is  the thing for him. What you see is not really what it is. One of Heston  customer cried when she ate Heston signature dish which is ‘’ THE SOUND OF THE SEA”. See how magical Heston hand can be. I wanted to be like him his popularity drives me crazy. ^^, the passion he pour in her cooking is unbearable it lead me to what I am right now.
              
               Everyone I listed above really change my life. They are the one who change my life and gave me different perspectives about life. The one who keep inspiring me to keep running and reaching my life purpose. I just want to say THANK YOU! ^^, May you be blessed.

.healthy life.


As for me living a healthy life is a must. The way you live your life determine how healthy you are. Whether you agree or disagree with me you have to say YES!
                  
              Trust  me I am not living a healthy life my BMI is unbalanced I’m OVERWEIGHT! I do not blame it on my body I blame everything on myself for not keeping my body healthy. I should think before I eat. So now I want to achieve a healthy life. I want to be healthy like others with nice figure and have really good health.
               
              So what I have to do is perform healthy diet. I have to throw away all the oily food I loved to eat, all the fast food that always accompanied me. Guess I need to sacrifice more to achieve my goal. I also have to eat more nutritious food such as, vegetables, fruit and fish. So I will share to you all my personal weekly diet.

FIRST MEAL : BREAKFAST  - toasted bread and a cup of milo
                        LUNCH - oat and a cup of water
                        DINNER – fruit salad

SECOND MEAL : BREAKFAST-  a piece of cake and nestum
                              LUNCH-  vegetable soup and orange juice
                              DINNER- fruit eaten raw and a cup of nestum.

THIRD MEAL: BREAKFAST- small portion of fried rice and sky juice
                         LUNCH- steamed chicken breast and apple juice
                         DINNER- bread and carrot juice
                 
                The above recipe might helped in my healthy diet. Then I can schedule my fitness schedule where I will jog maybe follow ZUMBA or maybe I can play netball with my friends. This kind of activity might help decreasing the excessive amount of fat that I have consumed. It will eventually increase my metabolism rate then I can easily lower my weight.
               
                 Though I am very active person but my activeness stopped once I got so busy with my work that has given by my lecturer and church activities. All of this makes me forget the need of taking good care of my body and with all the stuff that have been driving my all day makes me forget when to eat and how I suppose to eat according to my diet recipe.  I just  eat whatever I think that suit my taste bud. Sometimes when I got very hungry my reaction to food got wild because I am too hungry to think what are the consequences that will occur in the future but from what I learn in my class grown up has all the power to change how they live their life no matter how they are being raise or how they lived their past life.
               
               Planning how you going to live a healthy life is easy but living your plan is really hard. So, strong mentality and good discipline is needed in order to achieve your goal.
