.healthy life.


As for me living a healthy life is a must. The way you live your life determine how healthy you are. Whether you agree or disagree with me you have to say YES!
                  
              Trust  me I am not living a healthy life my BMI is unbalanced I’m OVERWEIGHT! I do not blame it on my body I blame everything on myself for not keeping my body healthy. I should think before I eat. So now I want to achieve a healthy life. I want to be healthy like others with nice figure and have really good health.
               
              So what I have to do is perform healthy diet. I have to throw away all the oily food I loved to eat, all the fast food that always accompanied me. Guess I need to sacrifice more to achieve my goal. I also have to eat more nutritious food such as, vegetables, fruit and fish. So I will share to you all my personal weekly diet.

FIRST MEAL : BREAKFAST  - toasted bread and a cup of milo
                        LUNCH - oat and a cup of water
                        DINNER – fruit salad

SECOND MEAL : BREAKFAST-  a piece of cake and nestum
                              LUNCH-  vegetable soup and orange juice
                              DINNER- fruit eaten raw and a cup of nestum.

THIRD MEAL: BREAKFAST- small portion of fried rice and sky juice
                         LUNCH- steamed chicken breast and apple juice
                         DINNER- bread and carrot juice
                 
                The above recipe might helped in my healthy diet. Then I can schedule my fitness schedule where I will jog maybe follow ZUMBA or maybe I can play netball with my friends. This kind of activity might help decreasing the excessive amount of fat that I have consumed. It will eventually increase my metabolism rate then I can easily lower my weight.
               
                 Though I am very active person but my activeness stopped once I got so busy with my work that has given by my lecturer and church activities. All of this makes me forget the need of taking good care of my body and with all the stuff that have been driving my all day makes me forget when to eat and how I suppose to eat according to my diet recipe.  I just  eat whatever I think that suit my taste bud. Sometimes when I got very hungry my reaction to food got wild because I am too hungry to think what are the consequences that will occur in the future but from what I learn in my class grown up has all the power to change how they live their life no matter how they are being raise or how they lived their past life.
               
               Planning how you going to live a healthy life is easy but living your plan is really hard. So, strong mentality and good discipline is needed in order to achieve your goal.
